Our complimantary service includes professional pictures, text presentation, and marketing it to potential guests as well as managing logistics like reservations and payments. Additionally we offer check-in and check-out, housekeeping, light upkeep, and dispatching emergency maintenance.

There is no fee to list your home with us.

ALOHA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Once you have purchased or build your home the goal is to keep it in best condition. Maintenance and attention to detail is our specialty. Initially we walk through your home also with the view of a possible vacation tenant and give you our suggestions for maintenance and improvements.

We check your home weekly and provide you with the option to use our established group of subcontractors. We listen to you and your wishes. You will receive a monthly report and a year and summary so you can hand that into your accounting.

Interior design

Caprice Krumsick designs and furnishes entire homes and supervises remodels, if you want to take it a step further or are just to busy to take care of it yourself you can engage her services.
