BLUE WATERS is a charming waterfront vacation rental with Gulf access by boat. Surrounded by tropical plants in a quiet neighborhood of SW Cape Coral.
Amazing long water views down the intersection and 1988 sq ft (ca. 185 m²) living space on one floor.
One Master suite and 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths and a good size patio and pool deck area. The pool is heatable, and you will also find a lounge area and your own boat dock. The boat lift is not available for guest usage.
The open great room combines a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops, dining area and living room with flat screen TV. Enjoy cozy hours on the comfortably large leather sectional. The house offers easy to maintain ceramic tiles throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi and air-condition. Savor the Florida lifestyle in this very private vacation home with many pleasant hang-outs in and outside for joint activities as well as retreat options.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and the En-suite bath. Pool deck access through sliding doors in the bedroom.
The second Suite is equipped with a King-size bed, TV, Closet, Pool-Bathroom, and direct access to the terrace through the sliding doors of the bedroom and also through the Pool Bathroom.
The 3rd Guest Bedroom offers a Queen-Size bed and closet.
Catch some shade in the covered lanai and forget about time and enjoy the moment. Pool can be heated electronically.
BLUE WATERS Southern exposure will reward you with many sun-hours during the day, and the comfy lounge furniture and sun longer extend your relaxation level for sure.
Enjoy endless sun hours, ice-cold drinks, read a book on the sun chaise and be impressed by the spectacular water vistas.
A dining table for 6 and a barbecue grill for outdoor eating pleasures, in SW Florida the evenings hours are mild and warm as well.
