This spacious and luminous vacation home offers 2,855 sq ft of living space under air conditioning. The rear of the home opens to a lake-like setting with incredible water views. HARMONY BAY is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the popular Southeast of Cape Coral. Within boating distance, you can reach the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Nearby, you'll find Coralwood Shopping Center and Marquee Cinema for convenient shopping and entertainment.
The light-flooded living room, featuring a panoramic window with water views, leads into the dining area and a beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen. A convenient breakfast bar with three stools adds to the charm. Sliding doors open to the outside patio above the pool area, offering spectacular vistas. Relax on the outdoor couch or enjoy BBQ meals at the large dining table that easily seats up to eight. The outside area is as charmingly decorated as the inside, making you feel right at home. This large-scale vacation home includes a master suite with a king-size bed, TV, ensuite master bath, generous closet storage, and French doors to the patio. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed, TV, and closet, while Bedroom 3 offers a full-size bed and closet; they share an adjacent bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The 4th bedroom presents a full-size bed, TV, and a large closet, with an associated bathroom that has a sink, shower/tub combination, and toilet.
The spacious floor plan offers plenty of space and retreat options. Another highlight is the game room, a few steps down, equipped with a pool table and offering excellent water views. A desk area and chairs are also provided, so you can get some work done if needed. HARMONY BAY also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a one-car garage.

Villa Harmony Bay is the best villa we have rented in Florida, and is in a great central location. The villa is very spacious and nicely furnished with a fantistic view over the canel. The Pool area was of favourite part and we spent many hours in thsee more
Villa Harmony Bay is the best villa we have rented in Florida, and is in a great central location. The villa is very spacious and nicely furnished with a fantistic view over the canel. The Pool area was of favourite part and we spent many hours in the heated pool or on the upper deck area just chilling out with a glass of wine. The service from the Aloha team was superb, friendly, informative and very responsive. I highly recommend.

Only a few minor areas, the bathrooms are a bit dated but very clean, there was no oven glove/mitt so we brought one (left it at the villa), and the doors to the pool area both from the lounge area and the Pool table room are very stiff and probably see more
Only a few minor areas, the bathrooms are a bit dated but very clean, there was no oven glove/mitt so we brought one (left it at the villa), and the doors to the pool area both from the lounge area and the Pool table room are very stiff and probably need replacing or servicing as they were tricky to open and lock at times. There are a few loose tiles around the pool. but these did not distract our enjoyment in anyway.

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ca. 1 Meile von der Hauptstraße entfernt, direkt an einem der unzähligen Kanäle. Daher ist kaum Verkehrslärm zu hören. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse, dem Pool, dem Bootssteg oder aus dem Panoramafenster im Wohnbereich auf den Kanal ist sehr entspannend, gerade bei Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Terrasse und der Pool angemessen groß. Durch die milden Temperaturen im Januar (tagsüber hatten wir 22-28 Grad Celsius) konnte man sich den ganzen Tag draußen auf der Terrasse oder dem Bootssteg aufhalten und sonnen. Die Küche ist sehr groß und hält alles bereit was man benötigt. Selbst waschen und trocknen, worauf man eigentlich im Urlaub verzichten möchte, machen hier Spaß, was wohl an der musizierenden Waschmaschine liegen mag. Es gibt zwar nur amerikanisches TV, dafür aber in fast jedem Zimmer. Im Masterbedroom hat man aber einen Smart-TV, so war es möglich Netflix & Co zu schauen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Walmart, Publix etc.) gibt es wie Sand am Meer und sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Auch größere Einkaufszentren und Outlets sind mit dem Auto in 15-20 Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele im Umkreis von 30 Minuten, selbst zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Autominuten.

Die Bedienung der Fernseher ist ein wenig umständlich (2 bzw. 3 Fernbedienungen, wovon man 1 auch mit in den Masterbedroom mitnehmen musste). Leider brauchte der Pool 2 Tage bis man eine erträgliche Wassertemperatur erreicht hatte, was u.a. an den etsee more

Leider brauchte der Pool 2 Tage bis man eine erträgliche Wassertemperatur erreicht hatte, was u.a. an den etwas kälteren Nachttemperaturen von 6-9 Grad Celsius lag. An manchen Stellen im Haus bedarf es einer gründlicheren Reinigung, so hatten wir ständig schwarze Füße bis wir den Boden gewischt hatten und im Bett auf dem Lattenrost eine Menge Staubfusseln.
