The open great room combines a luxurious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar. The dining area is perfect for group meals or game night and sliding doors open up to the pool area. Relax on the inviting leather sectional couch while watching a good movie on the large flat screen TV.
The 90 degree sliding doors open up completely to the outdoor deck and combine in and outside living.
The Master suite, on the left side, offers luxurious privacy. It supplies a king-size bed, sliding doors to the patio a walk-in closet and an En-Suite bath with soaking tub, walk through shower and 2 vanity sinks.
The Junior master suite can be accessed from a hallway of the kitchen and dining area on the right side of the house. Furnished with a king-size bed, wall mounted TV, chair, closet and sliding doors and great views to the pool. The En-Suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet double functions as pool bath.
The third bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, closet and spacious adjacent bath with double sinks, a walk in shower and toilet.
The fourth bedroom is a sleep and work combination, equipped with a queen-size bed. A perfect location to retreat and work – or additional guests.
The spacious pool area is screened in, and the overall picture screens offer unrestricted views to the Pickwick Canal. Solar or electrical heat (starting in winter 2019) available to warm up the water if needed. The large patio area provides a lot of room for refreshing shade, grill your fresh catch and have dinner on the large dining table with comfortable chairs for 8. Relax and sunbath on sun chaises with heavenly thick mattresses.

A screen door of the pool area leads you down some stairs to the boat dock with wrap around dock and a wide canal that leads you unrestricted to the Caloosahatchee delta and the Gulf of Mexico.

We've been in CC now for the 10th time and it is getting better all the time. It was the 1st time we've rented the lovely villa "Salt Living" and it was absolutely perfect. The house is so spacey, clean, comfortable and luxurious. There is more than see more
We've been in CC now for the 10th time and it is getting better all the time. It was the 1st time we've rented the lovely villa "Salt Living" and it was absolutely perfect. The house is so spacey, clean, comfortable and luxurious. There is more than enough equipment and towels to serve an army, even with extraordinary kitchen equipment. We had a comfortable time in the master bedroom and the kids were quitely on the other side of the house. So we all had enough space to relax. All communication for the rental process was handled very well and freindly by Caprice. A check-in and check-out procedure in person was highly appreciated by us and conducted in a professional and very friendly way by Ariane. Thank you both for that.
Pool area was comfortably staffed with enough sun beds. The pool itself and the terrace and screen area were really open and wide with high ceilings to make us feel to be really in the nature - perfect. It is only a short 10 min boat ride to the river and to the Gulf. We loved every single minute in the house and CC and are already considering to come back next year. |

If there is one thing to remark about (but not really): There is a lovely view on the canal and you could enjoy the silent sunsets from the wooden bridge, but there is the huge boat with the lift just in front of the screen to make you not see anythisee more

But again: Our holiday and the house had 99% and this is just the remaining 1%. All was really perfect.
