THE ALCAZAR invites you into contemporary and comfortable living and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay. It offers 2316 sq ft on one level. Enter into the great room with wide sliding doors to the pool area and a spacious reclining leather sectional. Watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV.
Enjoy the open and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances in the center of the house for family & friends to socialize while preparing delicious meals.
Gather along the breakfast bar with stools for 4, enjoy your lunch or dinner in or outside. Many options to choose from formal to casual dining. An oversize barbeque grill completes the splendid offering.
Retreat into the office, if you have to, and get your work done in style.

Loved the layout of the home. The bathrooms were beautiful! We also loved the high ceilings and lanai. We love the Cape Coral area and this home was conveniently located.
