A second upstairs bedroom includes a king-size bed, TV, and built-in closet.

• Summer Kitchen & BBQ Grill cleaning fee (if used): $75.
• 2 propane bottles, one under the grill and one for exchange. Upon arrival, the bottle under the grill will be at least a quarter full. If you use the additional bottle, please replace it with a full one before the end of your stay. Ensure that the bottle under the grill remains at least a quarter full. If property management needs to handle this task, a charge of $45 per bottle will apply.
