The location of THE LAKE HOUSE is central in the south of Cape Coral with quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and good shopping opportunities.

The modern spacious house pampers with vinyl floors in wood look and is therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. Granite work surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms, high rooms, 3 high-end design suites and an impressive pool area are just a few of the noteworthy highlights. The sea location with west orientation and access to the Gulf of Mexico will enchant you with countless sunsets. The spacious vacation home is located on one of the Eight Lakes, named Thunderbird Lake, and offers 260 sqm of air-conditioned living space and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests in three king suites.
Upon entering, the view is immediately drawn through the open living space to the fully glazed rear side with breathtaking water views. The glass sliding door system running along the entire rear side towards the lake can be completely pulled open, thus connecting the interior with the exterior area. Centrally located is the integrated open luxury kitchen with stainless steel built-in appliances and a huge kitchen island with 4 seats. Almost all rooms have a dreamlike water view. Watch dolphins jump while you prepare food.
The partially imported equipment, furniture, and design artworks from Europe give the interior a light, modern ambiance. A large dining table for 6 people inside and an even larger one for 8 outside leave nothing to be desired. The comfortable corner sofa in the living room invites relaxation. Enjoy a good movie on the large flatscreen TV.
The office to the left of the entrance offers retreat opportunities for working with a designer desk - if it must be.
Furthermore, Suite 2 is located on the right side of the entrance. It contains a leather California King bed, a wall-mounted TV, a sofa, a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a glass shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet.
To the right of the living space, there is the main suite with sea view, sliding glass elements, and access to the pool. The main suite is equipped with a modern king-size canopy bed, a walk-in closet, and the elegant master bathroom with a large bathtub, glass shower, double washbasin, and toilet. Departing from the living room on the left side, a hallway leads to Suite 3 with a leather California king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, wardrobes, and an attached bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet, which can also be accessed from the pool and kitchen. Furthermore, from the hallway towards the garage entrance, there is the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and sink. A parking space is available in the garage. On the spacious semicircular driveway, you will find additional parking spots.

THE LAKE HOUSE has 5 flat-screen TVs, wireless high-speed internet with a secure network, telephone for domestic calls, beach towels and chairs, complete bedding for changing, towels for each bathroom as well as pool towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and an American outdoor grill.
No expense was spared to give the outdoor area, the most important element of the Floridian lifestyle, an elegant feel-good ambiance. The huge covered terrace offers a designer dining table for 8 people, an outdoor grill, and a beautiful and cozy lounge area with a large flat-screen TV and electric fireplace. The turquoise water invites you to dive into the oversized heated pool with an infinity edge. Relax on 8 sun loungers on the pool deck or use the second paved level and the captain's pier directly along the lakeshore.
Rent a boat that is delivered to your own boat dock, and start your exploration tours from the lake. Please note that the boat lift is not accessible to renters, there is a designated dock spot at the captain's pier, which can also be used for large boats.

Experience the evening hours with the most beautiful sunsets on your terrace with automatically adjustable fabric roller blinds that serve as sun and wind protection. The swimming pool has an IntelliChlor electrolytic salt water converter for advanced water purification. The result is clear, fresh pool water without chlorine odor. With the infinity overflow, it appears as if you can continue swimming into the lake. The sun lounger inside the pool invites you to sit and cool down.

Supply Information:
• Weekly electricity credit: $70. Consumption beyond that will be charged at $0.18 per kW.
• Grill cleaning fee (if used): $50.
• 2 Propane gas bottles: one under the grill and one for exchange. Propane gas bottles under the grill should be at least 1/4 full. When you use the additional bottle, please exchange it for a full one before the end of your stay. If the property management performs the exchange, a fee of $45 per bottle will be charged.
